DirectorDorothy Okoro is a Nigerian. She has spent more than 30 years in various primary health care facilities in Cross River and Akwa Ibom State retiring in 2017 as Deputy Director. After her retirement, in 2018 she was appointed Executive Secretary of Primary Health Care Board in Akwa Ibom State. In 2019 till date, she is a Senior Special Assistant (SSA) Project Monitoring to the Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State on Health Matters.
Dorothy Okoro graduated with a Higher National Diploma (HND) from the College of Health Technology, Calabar. Mrs. Dorothy John Okoro is also a Clinical Psychologist. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 2008 and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology both from the University of Uyo. She is currently doing her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the same University.
Dorothy is a philanthropist, she is married and the marriage is blessed with five children and four grandchildren. She is a devoted Christian.
